The iPads you'll be receiving are fully connected to the internet via local 3G/4G networks. This means you can enjoy high speed unlimited Internet access all over Singapore, where there is cell reception.
Once the device and other accessories are returned to us, we immediately run through a data eraser process so we make sure that no personal information remains on the device. You may also request our staff to erase your personal information on the spot.
Please let us know if you intend to use our iPads outside Singapore. We will provide assistance in wrapping the iPads and applying for a permit. However please note that 3G/4G is only available in Singapore.
Please try out the following steps to resolve the issue:
1) Restart your iPad.
2) Turn on Airplane Mode, wait for a minute or so then turn off Airplane Mode again.
3) Reset network settings. Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network settings > Yes, to confirm. This will reset all of your iPad network settings, VPN, APN, Wi-Fi profile settings and your passwords.
4) Remove your SIM card from the SIM card tray and then put the SIM card back. Make sure that the SIM tray closes completely and isn’t loose.
5) Check your current iPad SIM is not faulty by testing it in another device. If all steps does not work, please contact us for help.
